Chippingford serves a group of families who are seeking an educational model for their children that is small-group, individualized, and fosters each child’s intellectual, spiritual, and physical development.

Lessons are taught individually or in pairs/trios of students working on similarly-leveled skills.

Curriculum is inspired by Montessori at early levels; emphasizes intellect and academic rigor over time

Health and physical fitness goals as students work towards acquiring athletic skills
Cultural literacy building with content selected by founders, parents, students, and teachers
Independent reading of multiple chapter books/novels, selected based on interest and skill level
Second language (Spanish) learning through daily lessons
Culture infused with reading, music, faith, and life experiences
Instruction in Judeo-Christian history, thinking, and models with additional exposure to the ideas and beliefs of other world faiths; optional participation in extracurricular religious practice programs.
Socio-Emotional Development focusing on each student’s own goals, motivations, and plans for their futures

Parents play an active role via curriculum tailoring, parent-teacher one-on-ones, periodic level-based and whole-program meetings
Parents are actively involved in the life of the school through daily drop-offs, pick-ups, and parent volunteering to help students learn and grow.
Parents participate in quarterly schoolwide and individual class field trips on an ongoing basis.
